How It Works

  1. Scan the UPC barcode on the product. The system filters to the RFID code it should be reading.

  2. Run the line. Each carton passes under a short-range antenna and its RFID tag is read.

  3. The data encoded in the tag is compared to the control. A green light confirms the match.

  4. A mismatch or no-read turns the stack light red — and, if you want, stops the conveyor or fires a reject.
