We admit it, we have been behind the times a bit with this. In the past, when you wanted to pay us with a credit card, you had to call us with that number for us to process your card. Once you called us with that card information for the first time, it was kept on a secured website, PayTrace to be exact. But we did not have a good online or automated way for you to pay your invoice.

Late last year, we got things a little better by adding a product called Stripe to our website. No more phone calls, you just had to go to our website and look in the customer section to find where to pay us.
But was not the ultimate solution. When you used stripe it told us what invoice you wanted to pay, and the amount owed for that invoice. But wouldn’t it be better if we had a solution that was bolted onto our ERP, Dynamics, and you could see what invoices were due, the amount, and pay them online that way?
Well, we’re happy to say that we’ve now enabled this feature. With the help of versapay and American Express, we unveiled a way to pay your invoices online AND it’s completely attached to our ERP. Not only for credit card payments, but for any ACH payments that you want to make as well.

One of the advantages of going with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 5 years ago is that we have a very rich ecosystem of business software to help make us more efficient and hopefully easier to do business with.
