Recently, we talked about our upcoming 20-year anniversary, and the number of customers that we serve with our small group here at the EMP Tech Group. We have been tidying up our list of featured customers on our website, with some new names that were added in the last year.
Our partners page on our website list 11 companies that we sell products for, with Zebra being the largest by far. But our customer list includes an astounding 2,352 customers in the last 5 years. Many of them big names, many are smaller companies, most have been with us for decades.
207 of those customers are on the featured customers’ page. We choose to show the ones that don’t forbid us from saying, and the ones that you might recognize. And we debated removing them from our website altogether but chose to flex a bit and show you some of the large companies that trust the EMP Tech Group with at least some of their automation needs.
Another milestone coming next month is our 100th solutions newsletter. That doesn’t mean that we have only done 100 projects in the last 20 years, in actuality, we have done thousands of projects, averaging 250 to 300 per year. But every month for several years now, we have chosen one to highlight in our newsletter. We used to print posters showing them in our building until we ran out of wall space for all of them.
We feel that these successful projects are the best way to convey to you what we are capable of. Many are RFID projects, automated labeling, custom integration. All things that we have a deep understanding of here in our group.
What is harder to convey on our website is the level of service that we provide. The “white glove” service that many companies call it. The quick responses that you get from us and the great attitude. Becoming employee owned this year only magnifies our groups commitment to our customers, now all of our futures depend on how well we treat you and how well we perform in our jobs.
