Let’s say this first, it is not an MDM. It will not do remote control, update applications, show you location of devices or any of the things you are possibly using SOTI to accomplish. But we would be remiss in our duties if we didn’t point out that there is a free dashboard from Zebra that will give you some basic information about your Zebra branded mobile computers.
But you can see device status, battery health, Android updates, and some basic reporting all simply because you own a Zebra Mobile Computer with a Zebra One Care Contract.
While we are telling you about free Zebra tools, you can also tap into the Zebra Repair Portal to see where your repairs are in the process, the return ETA and repair history of devices.
Want to work with a partner who understands the entire Zebra ecosystem and can help you take advantage of it? www.emptechgroup.com is the best place to reach us.
