As we have grown over the years, getting everyone together for a company party has become a bit of a challenge. With over 30 employees, most of them local, the size of the party approaches 100 people with spouses, kids, even a dog or two. Fortunately, we invested in the super-sized grill a few years ago, to cook up extra-large portions of hamburgers, brats and hot dogs. And yes, a beer or two was served.
Covid definitely put a damper on the summer, company party in 2020 and 2021, but we rekindled the tradition last year, and continued this year.
