Trying to use videos to not only convey product information but to give you a better idea, firsthand, how we work and how we are different from our competitors. No, we aren’t doing reaction videos where we watch other people’s videos and comment on them. And no, we aren’t going to do some lame unboxing video that doesn’t really tell you how the product works. But rather, some true behind-the-scenes videos about life here at the EMP Tech Group, serving you, our valuable customers.
In the works are behind-the-scenes videos, including label printer service. Showing you how we service printers here in the shop as well as the parts that we stock for these in-house repairs on on-site repairs. Project videos show you where and how we build projects in our shop. And finally, a sort of unboxing video showing you how we stage and prepare mobile computers for our customers so that they arrive at your doorstep ready to go.
All of these in addition to the existing videos where we have mainly focused on helpful hints for your Zebra Label Printers and BarTender software. We look forward to the good times ahead and helping your organization continue to achieve its goals and objectives.
