Technology to do more.

I want you to know that your tech was such a super nice guy. Obviously he knew what he was doing, and he worked very well. But super friendly and had no problem answering questions. I have met only two of your techs, and both have been amazing. The human side is always something that stands out to me. You can know everything but if you can’t interact with people, then you’re not exceptional in my opinion. Your guys are exceptional. And I just thought y’all should know it.

They are an extension of our team, not just a vendor we order devices through.
