We have seen it several times lately. A customer calls in having trouble with mobile computers not connecting to their wireless network, only to discover the device is in Airplane Mode.
This sounds simple, but it can take hours of troubleshooting to realize it. We see it so often that our technical services team recommends that administrators permanently disable airplane mode by using a barcode created with StageNow.
